Breath is the bridge between all levels of awareness: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual.” Gilles Marin

Cupping is an ancient and effective modality used to release adhesions and help remove toxins from the body. It moves stagnant energy from painful and stressed areas using glass or silicone cups to create suction and bring blood and other fluids closer to the surface.

Tsuboki includes a deep neck massage, work on over 40 acupressure points on the face, lymphatic drainage, and grounding. Rejuvenating and relaxing, this treatment is indicated for sinus issues, jaw pain, problems due to computer use, headaches, and general stress from overthinking and mental strain. It can also be a stand alone treatment.

Zen Shiatsu

Zen Shiatsu is used to bring balance to the energetic body and the expression of the 5 elements in it.  Nourishing and/or dispersing, pointwork is integrated throughout your bodywork session based on our interview and an assessment of your hara-which is located in the belly. Zen Shiatsu can also include passive stretching movement.
